No, you currently cannot roam with your Apple Watch over cellular. You can continue to use your smartwatch with Bluetooth while travelling to make and receive calls, and to send and receive text messages.

You need to keep your Apple Watch and your iPhone close to each other when pairing them for the first time. After that, you can use your Apple Watch even if your iPhone is in a different location or turned off. However, to receive SMS, MMS, or push notifications from third-party apps on your Apple Watch with cellular data, your paired iPhone must be powered on and connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.

As part of the activation process, you will receive a 10-digit smartwatch number for your Apple Watch. You can find this number on your bill and on your Wireless Service Agreement. It will be used only for billing purposes, and associated data usage for your watch will appear on your bill under this number.

1. Unlink your existing Apple Watch by following these instructions.
2. Pair your iPhone to your new Apple Watch using Bluetooth.
3. Link your existing smartwatch plan to your new Apple Watch by following these instructions.

This erases the information stored on your eSIM card and removes the Rogers network settings from your Apple Watch. However, this does not unlink the smartwatch plan with your iPhone.

It also does not make any changes to your smartwatch plan so you will continue to be billed. If you would like to cancel your smartwatch plan, please contact Rogers at rogers.com/contactus.

Enter your street number on line 1 and the name of your street on line 2 of the address screen.
