Setup your iPhone visual voicemail with the easy instructions below.
Visual Voicemail allows callers to leave you a voice message when you don’t answer, just like other services.
On an Apple iPhone, the unique feature of Visual Voicemail is that it lets you see a list of your messages and choose which ones to listen to or delete, without having to listen to prior messages or voice instructions. No need to dial to check in to check voicemail messages or to enter a password.
The Phone button on the Home screen shows the total number of missed calls and unheard voicemail messages you have.
Please note: Visual Voicemail uses data. If you use it outside of Canada, you will be charged data roaming rate

Things to remember about Visual Voicemail:
The following steps outline how to check, delete, and return wireless visual voicemail (VVM) messages on an Apple iPhone.
Note: voicemail password will only be required when you manually call in to your voicemail.
Tip: New messages will have a blue notification dot on the left side.
Tip: You can use Siri to play a voicemail. Say something like: “Play the voicemail from Eliza.”
After a message has been played, it will be saved for 10 days from the time you listened to it.
Tip: To delete more than one message at once, top on Edit at the top right corner and then tap on the ones you want to delete. Once you have a blue checkmark on everything you want to delete, tap delete in the bottom right.
Tip: Deleting a message does not completely remove it from your phone, just from the inbox with Rogers Wireless. Apple will still keep the message in a deleted messages folder if you want to retrieve the recording later. To fully delete the messages from your phone, tap on “deleted messages” and then you can clear all.
On your iPhone: Tap Voicemail, then follow the instructions.
On another phone: Dial your own mobile number, press * or # (depending on your carrier) to bypass your greeting, then enter your voicemail password.
You may encounter some problems when using your Visual Voicemail. To fix the issue and listen to your messages, follow these steps:
No. Visual Voicemail is available only on Apple devices.
I can hold up to 35 voicemail messages in your inbox. You will need to delete message that are no longer needed in order to clear up space, just as you would with a classic voicemail inbox. If you have 35+ messages in your inbox, new callers trying to leave a voicemail will receive a notification that your voicemail inbox is full and will not be able to leave you a message.
